There is reality and there is fantasy...

I wish people could tell the difference between fantasy and reality. People get so worked-up over this stuff. This is only an animation.

I mean, think about it. The images are imaginary, and therefore, so are the morals it advocates. If we laugh at images of rape and sexual violation, obviously it is okay to do so because we aren't really laughing because its not really rape and violation. Its saying that rape is something that is funny, as opposed to something that we should take seriously and fight against (as opposed to stigmatizing victims and telling them that what happened to them was funny.) But that's fine. Because again, the real ethics of this fictional video are imaginary. Wait, something is not right there...

How could a fiction mean something real? Well, its all fake! I wish people would realize that and start laughing at genocide and such things too.

So really, why do people get so offended by it?

Because they see something bad and believe that the artist has head issues and must bitch about it, because that's the only thing they're good at.

I love this animation and tried about 9 times to get a screenshot of the note you slipped in there. What did it say? I love this animation, and I love the song. And I have had King Bastard's MySpace on my friend's list for quite a while...

Hm.

If I had a sense of humor I might have found that funny... if at the end it was a Nuva ring and they all died, because that would have been unexpected. But as it is, I'm just tired of seeing sexist crap. There are few sensitive men because viciousness and nihilism are seen as strengths in men, and feelings as defects. Only women are allowed to feel, and even then it is only so much as they are supposed to pretend like they are innocent. Gr. Yeah yeah yeah, I need to get a sense of humor... but I'm not happy with the state of the world regarding gender. And the people claiming to try and make it better are just as sexist as the people who make it a problem in the first place... wow this is all barely relevant.

errr ookay, you do realise I am a man right? And as such I am making fun of those same gender sexism type of thing. In fact what I find most annoying is women saying they like "bad" guys and then date bad guys who then hurt them and be surprised that the "bad" guy hurt them and as a result blame all men. Now thats wrong.

Perfect Simplicity

This song is amazingly simple, and amazing.

No crap. No groteske limps sewed on. Just an icon of an emotion that can never really be known without experiencing it.
